License for Usage and Distribution

1. The "SMART HDD" is distributed as try-before-you-buy product. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of "SMART HDD" without written permission from the copyright holder - "HCode software".

The author assumes no liability for data losses, damages (direct or consequential), profit losses or any other kinds of losses which may result from the use (misuse) of "SMART HDD".
