License for Use and Distribution

1. The "SMART HDD" is distributed as try-before-you-buy product. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of "SMART HDD" without written permission from the copyright holder - "HCode software".
2. This software is distributed "as-is". No warranty of any kind is expressed or implied. You use it at your own risk. The author assumes no liability for data losses, damages (direct or consequential), profit losses or any other kinds of losses which may result from the use (misuse) of "SMART HDD".
3. It is necessary to send the disk system state report to developers of "SMART HDD".
